The Sociedade Técnica de Veículos Ltda' (STV) was a Brazilian company, producing automobiles, operating between 1964 and 1967. It emerged as a division of Brasinca Veículos, by the hands of Rigoberto Soler Gisbert, a Spanish engineer settled in Brazil, He had previously worked at the FNM, DKW Vemag and Willys Overland do Brasil.

Its main product was the Uirapuru, an evolution of the 4200 GT developed and produced by Brasinca. The Uirapuru was a sporty coupe with a 4.2L I6 General Motors engine, sourced from the company's American pickups and trucks. The company collapsed due to the high production costs of its vehicles.[1]
