The Uirapuru' was a Brazilian sports car, manufactured by Sociedade Técnica de Veículos (STV), of São Paulo (SP), a company created by Rigoberto Soler and Walter Hahn Jr. The Uirapuru' is a continuation of the 4200 GT (manufactured by Brasinca), which was acquired by STV in 1966. The 4200 GT was then relaunched with the name Uirapuru' (which would be the initial name of the model before Brasinca chose to baptize it with the company's own name).[1] All models offered, as optional extras, disc brakes and air conditioning, but the only car that had this brake option was the famous Brazilian Gran Turismo champion (car 88) driven by Walter Hahn Jr and Expedito Marazzi.

In 1967 the company closed the manufacturing. Altogether, considering the production of the 4200 GT (by Brasinca), 76 examples of the sports car were built (some as kits), including two convertibles and the SW prototype, the "Hawkeye" car.
