Recent Changes[]

  • On August 16, 2010, SSC released teaser images of the next-generation Aero. According to the manufacturer, the hypercar will be formally launched in September of that year though the car has already been previewed to a handful of select customers and VIPs at a clandestine event at the Boeing Museum of Flight, in Seattle, on August 8th. American car designer Jason Castriota was on hand for the presentation. It is expected that approximately 12 units will only be produced and prices are expected to range from $800,000 to $900,000. • The 2008 version of the Aero features SSC's own engine.
