Li Nian (English name: Everus) (Chinese: 理念) is a Chinese joint-venture company between Honda and Guangqi Honda Automobile (previously known as Guangzhou Honda Automobile) as part of the tech-sharing program mandated by the government of the People's Republic of China on foreign car manufacturers interested in entering the Chinese market.
