First generation (1977-1983)[]
From 1977 to 1983 (after-1913 White 1-Ton Truck, White Model 51R Truck, White Model 621 Truck, 1942 Freightliner Conventional, and White-Freightliner WFC 120), It became Freightliner FLC 120 (FreightLiner Conventional) in late 1976 when the agreement between Freightliner and White ended and replaced by an updated version in 1984.
Second generation (1984-1987)[]
From 1984 to 1987, The Updated version of the 1977-1983 FLC 120 is replaced by the FLD in 1988. Setback axle models (FLC-12042ST, FLC-12064ST and FLC-12064S) were also available.
