Generations[]
Third generation (1966-1970)[]
Second generation (1964–1965)[]
The second generation Falcon was more squared off and modern than the first generaion. The Ford Mustang had the same features as the Sprint model. It was overshadowed by the Mustang and got discontinued in 1965.
First Generation/Origins (1960-1963)[]
Everywhere else the Falcon would be known as a mid-size car. But in America the Falcon was a small car. The Falcon's construction was unibody. In the Falcon six people could fit. In the middle of 1960 Mercury came out with the Mercury Comet. The Mercury Comet was a twin to the Falcon. Also in 1960 Ford came out with a Canadian version of the Falcon. Even though the canadian Falcon had good sales it was discontnued in 1961. Fuel economy was good on the Falcon.
Worldwide[]
If the vehicle is sold in other markets worldwide, then this is the section to mention that information. Also, mention if the <MODEL> goes by another name in these other markets.
Design quirks and oddities[]
Refer to any pop-culture tidbits about the vehicle in this section.
Scheduled comeback[]
There's some likelihood that the Falcon may come back. The new Falcon would be based from an Australian product because of its huge potential for a rear wheel drive car. If the car will go on sale, it can replace the Crown Victoria as Ford's new rear wheel drive full-size car. Compared to the Crown Victoria, the Falcon is shorter, slightly heavier and the V8 is more powerful than the Crown Victoria's Modular V8. [1]
Awards[]
List out notable awards that the model has recieved while in production. Boldface the company or orgainization that gives out the award, and Italicize the name of the award.
