The Citroën C6 is an executive car (E) produced by the French car maker Citroën from 2005 to 2012 (after-Citroën Type A 4-door sedan, Citroën Type B2 4-door sedan, Citroën Type B10 4-door sedan, Citroën C4 & C6 4-door sedan, Citroën 8CV 4-door sedan, Citroën 10CV 4-door sedan, Citroën 15CV 4-door sedan, Citroën 7/11 4-door sedan, Citroën Traction Avant 4-door saloon, 1955-1967 Citroën DS 4-door sedan, 1967-1975 Citroën DS 4-door sedan, Citroën CX 4-door fastback, 1989-1994 Citroën XM Berline, and 1994-2000 Citroën XM Berline). Production started up again in China in 2016, before ending in 2023. The Citroën C6 was inspired by the Citroën C6 Lignage concept car with fastback-saloon like styling.
