The Bridgestone Racing Academy “Academy” is an auto racing school located in Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada. It conducts corporate programs, racing schools, and a Mechanics Training Program “MTP”. The programs are conducted at Mosport International Raceway.
Overview[]
The Academy was established in 1992 at Shannonville Motorsport Park, just east of Belleville, Ontario when owners Charlie and Brett Goodman acquired the cars and equipment of the former Spenard-David Racing School and teamed with then-Bridgestone/Firestone Canada Inc. In the spring of 2000, the Bridgestone Racing Academy was moved to Mosport International Raceway.
