The 4200 GT' was a Brazilian sports car, manufactured by Brasinca. Presented at the 1964 Salão do Automóvel, production began in March 1965.[1]

There was also a more "poisoned" version, called GTS, equipped with imported gearbox, camshaft and self-locking differential and 171 hp power.

In 1966, Brasinca sold the production line of this car to Sociedade Técnica de Veículos (STV). STV in turn made some improvements and changed its name to Uirapuru.
