Top Gear[]
In the Can you buy an Alfa Romeo for £1,000 or less without comletely ruining your life all the time challenge, Jeremy bought a black Alfa Romeo 75 for £450. The car had been badly damaged particularly at the front in the track day at the Rockingham Circuit. The 75's front indicators were replaced with front indicators from an Austin Metro because spare parts were scarce but they worked. The car was then resprayed in Skoda green with white racing stripes and when it was driven, it had problems including the whining gearbox. The front of the car was taped up.
