The AC 378 GT Zagato is a sports car designed by the Italian design company Zagato and built in South Africa by Hi-Tech Automotive. It was unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. The design of the 378 GT was previewed in 2009 as the Perana Z-One, and was rebadged as an AC Cars product. Sales commenced by the end of 2012. Approximately 15 were produced with seven imported to the United States. The 378 GT was AC Cars last car to date.
Technical Information[]
The car is powered by a 437 bhp (326 kW; 443 PS) 6.2 L V8 GM sourced engine found in the Chevrolet Camaro. Weighing 1,465 kg (3,230 lb), the company predicts a 0-60 mph acceleration time of under four seconds and a top speed of around 185 mph. The car does not feature any electronic driver aids.

In Europe, the AC 378 GT Zagato was be priced at €109,990 - about $145,000 at the current exchange rates in America. The coupe version would've be immediately followed by a roadster if it wasn't canceled.
Perana Z-One[]
The Z-One was first presented to the public in 2009, designed by Italian automotive design studio Zagato, it is based on the chassis of the Chevrolet Corvette (C6), an American sports car.
