The 2003 Monaco Grand Prix was a Formula One motor race held on June 1, 2003 at the Circuit de Monaco. It was the seventh race of the 2003 Formula One season. The race, contested over 78 laps, was won by Juan Pablo Montoya in a Williams car from a third position start. Kimi Räikkönen finished second driving for McLaren, with Michael Schumacher third in a Ferrari. The last time previous to this that a Williams won the Monaco Grand Prix was with Keke Rosberg in 1983. Ralf Schumacher, who had started from pole position, finished in fourth place.[1]
The race is known to be one of a very few Formula One Grands Prix which had no on-track overtaking.[2]
